This entire series is great. You really feel the results in just five minutes an then when thats not doing it for you anymore you can move to 7.5 or ten minutes. Buy it. Buy it now!
Love the fact you can choose your exercises and how long you want to go for. Also love how its in real time
i like it alot but recently i discovered that the workout is getting easier for me than before but it has only 2 level
All these apps are great and you should buy them hands down. But of course still room for improvement. It would be awesome if the app told you what equipment you needed for the workout youve selected. I hate having to pause it and go grab what I need and come back.
Easy to follow workout that challenges you at your level that can be performed anywhere.
Some bad moments
I love these apps, I have all 5 of the paid versions! Good training. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars atm is because in the 2nd workout, the Kneeling Leg Kicks exercise is glitched, the 1st one freezes, ( but still counts down) and the 2nd one had a pretty good pause between the kicks. But, other than that the rest are flawless, and I would definitely recommend these exercises.
Perfect with the, butt, arm, and ab apps. 5minutes of each and Ive got a great 20min. daily workout! So perfect for someone with a busy schedule!

Really works seen results even with the 5 min wrkout. Have all workouts except for yoga dont like yoga although it would probably give me good results too.
I love this app, I use it with Perfect Body Workout! They dont have a very good leg workout but, let me say abs hip and butt workout in that app amazing!!!!!! This leg workout is really good and I like how it is done in someones home not a gym. It makes it more comfortable, when working out! Great app
